GIFT CARDS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dear Cardholders,
We are making some changes to your Card so please take note of the following.
We are extending the expiration date of your Card. With effect from 12 April 2024, your card will no longer expire at 12 months.
This will be extended to 5 years from activation.
Please note that with this extension comes the introduction of an Account Maintenance Fee (AMF). Your card will be subject to a fee of €3.00 which will be deducted monthly, following the 12-month anniversary of the purchase date.
Your card plastic will expire at the date as shown on your card and the card will be unusable at that point. Should you have a remaining balance when your plastic card expires, please contact our support team at
cardsupport@emlpayments.com with your card details, who will reimburse the unused funds that remain at that time.
